Develop the brand so that is showed quality beers that were all natural, preservative and chemical free. The beer was flavoursome quality product that could be matched with food. There was a range of seven beers that were sutiable for a range of different customers with discerning palettes.
Brewery outgrew its capacity within four years. Developed an image of a success and being a substantial-sized brewery that was a major contender in the craft beer industry.
